A New Chapter. A Renewed Focus.

After ten years as a multidisciplinary clinic, Fascial Connections has entered a new chapter—one that brings the focus back to individualized Myofascial Release care while creating space for learning, exploration and growth.

For Tara, this evolution has been about more than changing locations or simplifying the practice. It’s about creating a more intentional and sustainable way to continue the work she loves, while making room for new opportunities to share her knowledge and experience.

Through Myofascial Release Series: Less Fixing. More Listening., patients now have opportunities to explore self-treatment, movement and body awareness beyond their individual appointments.

And with canine bodywork in development, Fascial Connections continues to explore how this same curiosity and respect for the body can extend to our four-legged companions.

The space has changed. The practice has evolved. But the heart of Fascial Connections remains the same.
